Recipes with CHIMICHURRI

 

The following recipes are easily prepared with ERICA'S Chimichurri and ready to serve in just a few minutes:

Chimibutter

M EGA HIT

Chimi butter

As a delicious spread or better replacement for Herb butter with steak:

 

  • 125 g of soft butter

  • 1 tablespoon of ERICA'S Chimichurri

  • 1 pinch of salt

 

mix well, let it cool down and get started ...

Tip: A freezer bag is ideal for mixing because the mixture can be easily kneaded and the hands remain clean. In addition, by cutting off a corner, the bag can be transformed into a piping bag that can be used to serve the chimi butter decoratively.

Chimi-Dip

Chimi dip

For an appetizer with guaranteed success! Served in a bowl with salty finger food such as nachos:

 

  • 150 g of mayonnaise or cream cheese (or both, depending on your calorie consciousness)

  • 1 tablespoon of ERICA'S Chimichurri

  • 1 pinch of salt

 

Mix all ingredients well with a spoon - done!

Kräuter-Kraker

Herbal crackers

For simple snacking or in conjunction with the chimi dip, a good utilization of old bread:

 

  • small slices of bread from a leftover baguette

  • Chimi butter as described above

 

Brush the bread slices with chimi butter on both sides and briefly toast in a hot pan, turning occasionally or simply in the oven until the desired browning is achieved.

Kräuter-Croûtons

Herb croutons

For example for salad or as a side dish for tomato, onion or pumpkin soup:

 

  • (old) bread

  • Chimi butter as described above

 

Cut the bread into small cubes and briefly fry with a little chimi butter in a hot pan, turning occasionally, until the desired browning is achieved.
